These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Line of Code ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide website design and development services under agreed project scope only. Any additional work will be charged separately.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
- Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or handover
- No work will begin without deposit confirmation
We operate a strict no refund policy once work has started or payment has been made.
Clients must provide all required content, feedback, and materials on time.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Final websites become the client’s property only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Support is paid only unless a special agreement is made.
Example: promotional deals such as free hosting/support for a limited period (e.g. 3 months) before recurring payments apply.
We are not responsible for losses, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client misuse.
We reserve the right to stop or cancel services if payment terms are not met or if misuse occurs.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
